// THE MISSION

The retail industry is broken. We’re fixing it by putting the power back in your hands.

Jason working in the garage on a BMW E30

Built on precision.

My name is Jason. I spent 15 years building software for a global industry giant, but I’ve always been a builder at heart. Whether I’m shipping code or restoring a 1992 BMW E30 by hand in my garage, I value one thing above all else: precision.

I believe things should be built to last. Yet, every time I opened my closet, I saw the opposite. Fast fashion was failing after three washes, and "premium" brands were charging $80 for a basic tee just to feed bloated marketing budgets and executive bonuses.

The math was broken. So, I decided to fix it.

I built TRUE.TWENTY on a single, unwavering premise: source the world’s finest fabrics, craft them with meticulous detail, and cap our profit at a strict, transparent 20%.

No marketing tax. No middleman bloat. Just the raw, audited cost of quality. Finally, you can wear something that feels as good as it is built.

The TRUE.TWENTY Standard

Traditional retail marks up products 4x to 6x to cover middlemen and bloated ad budgets. We strip all of that away, investing purely in the garment.

We don't guess our prices. Our overhead is calculated using a strict Annualized Run-Rate Formula. We add up our exact digital tools, software hosting, card processing, and legal compliance fees for the year, and divide that total by our projected annual production run of 1,500 garments.

OVERHEAD BREAKDOWN[$3.50 FLAT]
Base Overhead$2.36
Merchant Processing$0.87
Paid directly to credit card networks (2.9% + $0.30 per checkout).
Platform Hosting$0.53
Securing our Shopify architecture, database hosting, and domain routing.
Development & Legal$0.96
Amortized costs for our pattern grading software, factory fit samples, state LLC compliance, and USPTO trademark protection.
Capital Resiliency Buffer$1.14
A strict internal buffer pool locked inside the company. This account absorbs unexpected factory sample updates or software shifts so we never have to raise your retail price mid-batch.

Volume Scaling: As our total units produced scale past 1,500, our total fixed overhead gets distributed across a wider base. This means the overhead cost per unit will mathematically drop, directly driving your retail price down on future batches.
